How do I make a return or exchange?

Please visit our Returns Guided for information on making a return or exchange.
A credit is processed for the returned item. If a shipping charge was applied to the order, this is not refunded. A new order can be placed if desired.
Note: $6.95 will be deducted from the refund credit for the use of Happy Returns.

How do I receive free return processing?

When returning non-personalized ETONSPIRIT branded merchandise within 90 days of purchase, you may receive free return processing when you opt for a Merchandise Credit using Happy Returns.
Note: This is only available for U.S. orders and Canada phone orders.

How do I track my order?

How to Track Your Order:
  • On the Track My Order page, enter your Order Number, Billing ZIP/Postal Code & Shipping Destination and click "Track Order".
  • Don't have an order number? Sign in to your Personal Shopping Account and click “Order History & Tracking”.
Note: Please allow 1 business day after receiving "Your Order Has Shipped" email notification for tracking to activate.

How do I receive free shipping?

Shipping is free every day for orders with an order value* of $99.00 or more per shipping address. No promotion code is required. For orders with an order value* of $98.99 or less, we offer the low flat rate of $9.00 per shipping address.
*Order value is your merchandise total after a promotion is applied or other discounts are subtracted. Excludes personalization, gift boxing, shipping, taxes and gift cards.
